1. Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided once the project has started
• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel before work starts (partial refund possible)
• No refund after project initiation

3. Service-Based Refund Rules

• SEO services are non-refundable once work has begun
• Paid Ads (Google/Meta) services are non-refundable
• Hosting and domain charges are non-refundable

4. Delay or Non-Response

If the client fails to respond for 15+ days, the project may be paused without refund.
